- Any natural person who uses the platform, whether as a buyer, camel owner, veterinarian, feed and supplies merchant, transporter, or insurance and permits agent.

- Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, by automated or manual means, such as collection, storage, use, modification, transfer, or deletion.
- "Precise geolocation data"
- Information that determines the actual location of a user or transport vehicle with high accuracy using technologies such as GPS.
- "Unique device identifiers"
- Unique identifying data for a user's device connected to the platform, such as a MAC address or IMEI number.
- "Biometric data"
- Personal data resulting from technical processing related to a user's physical or physiological characteristics, such as facial or fingerprint data used for quick login or financial authentication in the smart wallet.
- "Internet Protocol (IP) address"
- A unique number assigned to each device connected to the internet to communicate with the platform.
- "Cookies"
- Small text files stored on the user's device by the website or application to save browsing information and preferences.
- "Encryption"
- The process of converting personal and financial data into unreadable formats to protect it from unauthorized access.
What information do we collect about you?
To deliver our integrated camel-sector services, we collect the following categories of data:
Personal identification information
Full name, national ID or residency number, mobile number, and email address.
Account and registration information
Username, password, and the personal identification number (PIN) used for the smart wallet.
Contact and location information
National address, city, and geolocation data (used for feed delivery, directing veterinarians to farms and holdings, or tracking transport vehicles).
Asset and service data (Ibbil-specific)
Camel electronic chip (microchip) numbers, approximate livestock value (for insurance services), and shipment/trip details (origin and destination, truck plate number).
Transaction and wallet data
Purchase and order details, topped-up balances, and bank account details (IBAN) used to withdraw financial entitlements.
Communications and support data
Voice or text messages exchanged with customer support, or exchanged in-app between parties (such as communication between a customer and a transporter or veterinary clinic).
Technical and browsing data
IP address, device and browser type, pages you visit, and the products or services you browse.
How do we use your personal data?
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

Completing registration, creating and verifying accounts, and providing a secure usage environment.

Processing feed purchases, scheduling and confirming veterinary visits, booking trucks and managing transport logistics, issuing insurance documents, and facilitating permit linkage.

Managing smart wallet balances, processing top-ups and withdrawals, and handling payments through approved gateways.
Communication and support
Providing technical support and sending real-time notifications about your request status or platform updates.
Legal compliance
Meeting regulatory and tax obligations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Automated decision-making and service improvement
Using data to provide personalized recommendations (such as suggesting feed or medical services matching your interests), and analyzing performance to develop app features and ensure the highest service quality.

Your direct consent when registering on the platform or subscribing to marketing communications.

Processing necessary to perform the terms of service (such as product delivery, transport booking, or bank balance withdrawal).

Disclosing data upon an official legal or judicial request from competent authorities in the Kingdom (such as the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Transport General Authority, or security agencies).

If any data must be transferred outside the Kingdom (for technical cloud hosting purposes), we apply the highest protection standards in accordance with SDAIA controls.
Data protection & security
On the Ibbil platform, we apply strict and advanced technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from damage, loss, or unauthorized access, including:
- Using advanced encryption technologies (SSL/TLS) for all transmitted data and financial transactions.
- Applying firewall systems and continuous server monitoring.
- Restricting employee access to personal data only to authorized staff whose roles require it.
Data storage and retention periods
Account data
We retain it for as long as your account remains active on the platform to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Transaction and invoice records
We retain sales, purchase, and insurance document records for the legal period required under accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Browsing and marketing data
Retained for defined periods under our internal policies, or until you withdraw consent to receive marketing messages.
When the purpose ends

The Ibbil platform is not designed or directed to provide services to anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If we learn that we have collected data of a minor without guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the account.

The Ibbil application or website may include links to external parties or platforms (such as government permit portals or insurance company websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those platforms, and we invite you to review their privacy policies.
Updates and amendments to this policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to keep pace with technical developments or regulatory changes in the Kingdom. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Ibbil platform and application after amendments are published constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If any dispute arises relating to the application or interpretation of this policy and an amicable settlement cannot be reached, exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
